20 years ago and beyond,
most would have scoffed at anything other than black underbelly. Back when the car was done.
In the last 15 years or so the internet has brought more awareness to the finer points of correctness , to the masses. And the Norwood / Van Nuys differences.
I agree with the sentiments, even more so if it had been done in the past 10 years - on a car being done to that degree.
At a certain price point it would be a detraction in value, but its so nice otherwise it wouldn't be a deal breaker.
