Holly
I have been a Sprint fan since I had a couple of Belgian-built 69 Sprints in England in the early 1980s, both 4-speeds. Great cars for cornering over there.
"Holly", my "new" Sprint, is a numbers matching 1969 Firebird Sprint with M38 3-speed automatic.
Being built in Van Nuys on Christmas week 1968, and originally painted Matador Red, the name was a natural. She was rescued from Saskatchewan where she was going to become a pro-touring car. Current restoration is old school, i.e. done in a tent in a friend's driveway. Ongoing project, but finally on the road!
