if there is a blank in the radio box, I'd suspect it was a car with no radio;
I have spoken to a couple guys who ordered their cars around that time with no radio - apparently like them, most were pissed when they received their car intending to add their own aftermarket radio, and they noticed the car came with a windshield with no built in antenna!
I believe there was an option to have the car built for a radio, but without a radio option...
It might be worth sending away to PHS for a packet on your car, as that should spell out precisely which radio (if any) it came with.
I'm just a little confused, because you seemed to suggest before that it had no build sheet, but had PHS, while your last post seems to suggest you have a build sheet.
