My purple (Opal Violet) K4 = Oct. 7, 1964 “Super Deluxe” Stingray is a tough bike to find.
As the “Schwinn Reporter” states in July 1964 is when this New model was being introduced.
This S/D model continued through 1966.
The Famous “Yellow Oval” Slik also came out at the end of ‘64 and was available through 1966.
My BA = Feb. 25, 1965 Lime standard has it’s dated UK* = United States Rubber Co. / K = 1965 / * = first quarter of year rear Slik.
