Had it bored for the balancer hub, and the bolt holes for the pulley pattern drilled on an index head, all so that concentricity would be dead on. But it did alter my pulley spacing.
I "think" with that diameter, you could conceivably chuck the pulley in a lathe and turn a very slight step, then bore the toothed wheel to fit snugly(light press fit) and then tack it in 4 spots, or 8... If the pulley is steel... The wheel has to be steel to read.
