just my experience in the past with aftermarket fans
yes, typically they could be used as either push/pull
reverse wiring and usually flip the fan blades around is what it took
at least the ones i played with, and most of the fans had puller/pusher side listed on them
but then again, showing my age, that was 20+ years ago, heck approaching 30+ now.... yikes...
just thought it might help someone
