Thanks for the offer Mike, but I want to keep it really close to the way it was set up by Kern, many of his mods were done to move the center of gravity rearward and to keep the weight down.

Couple other things I did remember from the time I talked to him. And speaking of weight, One was while the wide Rally 2 wheels he built for it that are in all the pictures (and they do handle well) they are heavy. All four are welded a full 360 degrees. Kern suggested WS6 8 inch wide snowflakes like Joes white 72 455 HO T/A in the car show picture I linked. I did buy a set. Kern also suggested changing from the 4 leaf T/A springs to a set of 1978 Z/28 5 leaf sets, I did that to. Another thing I remembered was Kern also set the car up with a faster ratio power steering box to quicken the steering. Also Kern installed both a mechancal Carter fuel pump at the engine and a Carter electric at the tank and upsized the fuel line to. Thanks Again for the offer i will ad some more pics as I get to it

PS I changed the dash to a painted black air condition piece instead of the engine turned one that it had . The glare from sun reflection always bugged me. I still have the original.
In the A/C dash I added a mechanical oil pressure and vacuum gauge.
