I’m sorry but your body man is incorrect. The top of the dash closest to the windshield would be 0° gloss the windshield pillars, tops of the door and the front facing portion of the dash would be 60° gloss. Do yourself a big favor and pick up copy of the Pontiac GTO restoration guide 1964–1972. It will quickly answer a lot of these technical specific questions.
