I have the same interior and just did mine in the past two weeks. I used SEM 15103 super white paint and it looks pretty close. I was thrown by the name of color, but the cap of can looked more off white as I wanted. The door panels I got with my disassembled car were bright white, unlike the rest of the interior. When I painted those, it was really tough to tell the color change difference.
