That is just the GM of Canada guys messing things up with option descriptions. N98 is GM's generic code for rally wheels and is the code used for 14x6" RII's on 69 A bodies. They probably just used the description for a different make and year (probably buick rally wheels as they were chromed).
Neat car by the way, not many 4.33 cars and especially rare on base engine cars. Clutch fan was a good idea with 4.33's! And reverb, power antenna and hideaways are nice unexpected touches for a drag type car.
