On a Formula, the invoice will show a $123.00 cost for Honeycomb wheels.
On a Trans Am, the Rally II wheels were standard, and the Honeycomb wheels were a no-cost option. As you stated, a dealer could switch wheels on cars in his inventory. This would not change the invoice. The invoice documents how the car left the factory.
