I know that there are some people who work out, but any one who seriously runs???

Ive been sidelined with injuries for a while, but now I am trying to get back in to doing half-marathons. WHen I stopped 2 years ago, I had completed four half-marathons in four different states:

Kentucky (Derby - Louisville)
Ohio (Flying Pig - Cincinnati)
Indiana (Marine Corps - Indianapolis
Michigan (International - Detroit) - by far my favorite and my PR of 2:10 (went across the river into Canada for 6 miles and even had an underground tunnel portion which was really cool)

Now looking at several others and I need OPINIONS please:

late November - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
early November - Marshall University, WV

Both of these are cool places and cool runs. Both are fairly flat courses.

Any one here know???
