on your pulley situation: you're running a 1970 setup on the alternator and power steering and most likely the tall 70-78 waterpump on the 11 bolt 69-up timing cover so you need to run either 128,129, or 130 WP pulley that were specific to late 69 and 1970 and replaced the early 69 through service. I'll have to look up the crank pulley (I'm getting old!), but that was the same 68-70. If you're motor is from a 71 it probably has the 71 pulleys on it and won't line up with the 70 alt/PS setup (as you can see)

Since the alternator bracket is lining up with the intake bolt and the water neck bolt, it's spacing isn't an issue like we found on Jeff's 72 with the aftermarket intake that moved the water neck forward so his rear alternator bracket couldn't be mounted.

9790846 is the crank pulley you need
9799127, 128,130 any will work for the WP, differences are diameter.
