I wish I could run. Tried it off and on and it’s not something I enjoy. I was supposed to do a 5k at a trade show in March, but training for it I could tell it wasn’t going to work out.

I still do old school weights and boring cardio on the elliptical.

The Low T treatment helps a lot. I checked in on the body scan today at 223 w/16% body fat. I’m content with that but feel and look better at 210/14% which is my March goal.

Question for the runners : I have never in my life been comfortable running. I have walked on my toes my entire life and have abnormally large calves. To the point where strangers ask what I do for them (the answer is nothing). After trying to run these past few weeks I am wondering if my legs could simply be ‘out of balance’ making it more difficult?
