Default Lowes Online Military Discount

Well, I ran into a snag.

Googled the Lowes military discount, for online purchases. Did just as they said. Logged into my Lowes account. Filled out all the required info. Clicked "submit".

Notice came up saying that the info submitted did not match the info they had. Said I had only one more chance to resubmit the correct info.

Decided I'd better try to talk to a living person. No luck. They closed at 6pm my time.

Will give 'em a call early tomorrow & see if I can get thru to someone who can help me.

Had no trouble at all signing up for the discount, at my local store, for in-store purchases.

May find out that the discount will not apply to whatever saw I order, for some strange reason, like "It's already on sale", or "It's already discounted", or "This has a special volume purchase discount", or some other feeble excuse to make 10% more profit. Anyhow, I'll try to get the discount, then see if it'll apply to a purchase, before pulling the trigger. No big hurry on this one.

PS: This has nothing to do with Lowes. In looking at lots of saws, I ran across a 100 Volt unit. It was a Sun Joe brand. Has a 1500 watt motor. Assuming that's a powerful engine ? Can you find the watt rating of the engine, on most saws ? Is this something to consider when determining the power output. Or, is it more dependent on the battery ?

2.5 Ah batt is $209. 5.0 Ah batt is $299.
