Nice work ..
What Scott said. You lose some bolts with their aluminum pan vs a Canton steel pan. Steffs uses a heavy 3/8" thick pan rail so you lose some of the corner bolts. Stan at Steffs tells me they run The Right Stiff silicone and do not have any leaking issues with it.
This pan actually gives you some horsepower so I am happy about that. The folks at Steffs are GREAT, very nice to work with. I was going to have Canton make me one but the Covid thing sent the guy home with the files to custom make the pan I wanted. They did not want to do anything extra to make me happy and Steffs was more than willing.
