I have been following your ownership of this car since you first posted. I am also sorry to see you sell it. I like what you have done with the car and the quality of the work. You never let weird 61-62 full size specific problems slow you down or stop you. I understand the attraction of having a boat as I towed an old Sea Ray all over the Midwest for over a decade with my 66 Pontiac 421 9 passenger wagon. We had allot of family fun with the boat and lots of nice lakes to enjoy in a 6 hour radius of OH. Depending on how much you really love your car now, if there is anyway you can just put it away for 5-7 years and then get back to it, you may be a very happy camper. I sold several 60's Pontiacs I wish I had back now 20 years later. If I didn't already own a 62 Catalina, I would be a buyer of the one you have for sure.
