Couldn't find any info about the Scale Dreams '64 GTO convertible.
Leave it to the Corvette guys. This link takes you to some info they collected on the Scale Dreams Corvettes, including quantities produced in some cases.
They have links to some good pix of some of the models. They mention the '64 GTO as among some of the other models that were available.
