I found an old series of posts on the forum that indicated a one inch strip would need to be added to a 63/64 shroud on the sides and it would then bolt to a 61/62 radiator? I can certainly do that if it's that simple. Any thoughts? I have access to a mig and a spot welder.

When I did mine I used two 2 inch wide flat strips (one each side) from Lowes. Drilled holes at matching spacing and just bolted one hole line to shroud and one line to the radiator support. No welding and totally removable. I did paint them black and used a flat rubber strip under the bolts each side to make an air dam each side.
I use a 7 blade declutching fan. I think 19 inch.
