Update: cut out the rust and decided the easiest thing to do is just weld a sheet metal piece to block off the gaping hole. Does anyone use those kickpanel mount speakers? How do they mount? My car is missing the kick panels. Need to verify my hack job will allow the kick panel to mount, once I block off the area that was the evap box.
