'69 Ram Air IV #722 Cylinder Heads, virgin un-touched intake & exhaust ports, mag checked (no cracks or damage) & completely re-built to stock specs, re-surfaced .030" on head & intake surface, performance valve job with correct RA IV valves, all new- valve springs (128 lb. seat), retainers, locks, viton seals, rocker studs & heater hose fitting, ready to install $4500 plus actual shipping, PM or call 724-872-6296

There are no date codes on ram air iv heads. They drilled the head bolt right thru the date code on original heads. I take it this is a new venture for you.

LOL - Ram4king generally speaks without a filter.

To your question - because of the size of the 722 casting on the end port and due to a lack of an X cast into the center exhaust ports those heads would have been cast during the production year, rather than cast as service replacement heads. If you are building an engine to look stock for a 69 model year car, those are the heads you would want & Jim is one of the best guys on this board to buy from.
