Body-color Steel Wheel Inside Paint Color

Those of y'all who have the body-colored steel wheels, what color is the inside (where it mounts to the brakes) painted? I'm restoring a set of steel wheels for my Pepper Green 70 (currently has Rally IIs), and trying to figure out how much paint to order. I have seen some references to the insides being black with some overspray, but I haven't seen anything definitive.
