I am trying to re-install new glass-run channel weatherstripping in the passenger door of my 64 GTO. Is there a secret in getting the new weatherstripping slid into place without removing the glass in the door? What is the proper procedure?

With the window rolled all the way down, you should have enough room to attach the weatherstrip.
