Interesting. I've seen ham radio postcards before, but none with Pontiacs on them. When I opened this post I figured it was going to be one of those postcards the dealers sent out, I have a couple of those from 1961.

Default 77-79 big pontiacs

They are not as big in those years. I measured the width of a 69 Chevelle bumper and mine was 4" shorter. They also lightened them up to get better mpg. Althoug the 400 was available. Most were 301's or some othe GM motor. I've got a 79 Bonne sitting down in the weeds with a 401 Olds motor.
