Default Do any of the GM tilt/telescope columns fit '65-6 floor shift cars?

One thing I've noticed in my research on '65-6 full size cars with the sport wheel is that the rim of the wheel is too close to the driver's chest, something that came up in a few reviews of the 2+2.

Having telescope function would relieve this.

When was it offered in Pontiacs, and do any of those backfit to the '65-66 models?

I don't think that Pontiac offered it at all. I do know that Olds and Cadillac had it in 1965.

chevy had telescopic available on '66 big cars, too. Hey if you have a Canadian Pontiac, you're golden!

As I recall, the telescope function was controlled by twisting the center cap on the horn button, so my concern would be if that center cap is compatible with the Pontiac sport wheel (and if you can retrofit a Pontiac emblem to it.)

I think the Banshee XP-833 had a tele column.
