Question 1969 FB w RA3 exhausts too low

Our 69 FB convertible has RA3 exhaust manifolds with 2.5" attached duel exhaust.

It appears the connections at the manifolds are from a Pypes system (Pypes Stainless Steel Exhaust Downpipes DGF13S). They drag the ground entering and exiting our driveway. The car has new springs and is at a stock height.

Am I the only one with this issue or have others had clearance issues with these downpipes? Any ideas how to resolve?

DGF 13 S is for standard manifolds, they would definitely hang WAY low on RA manifolds. I think DGA 20 S is what should be on there.

I'd contact Chris if wrong head pipes were supplied.

This isn't the first time I've read complaints about the Pypes downpipes being a bit low. I know mine are but not enough to rub (A-body). I remember at least one person cutting about 2 inches out near the top flange and re-welding.
I'm using RA manifolds also, by the way.
