Default Bolts on 71 GTO nose

I'm in the process of trying to separate the framework from the rubber part of the nose in my 71. Sprayed them all with PB Blaster several times and let them set. Threads are so rusted that the bolts (or studs) are spinning in the nose. Anyone have a way to get these off without damaging the rubber of the nose itself?
