Will door handles from a F-body fit a 77 Can Am? if not will any other GM make fit?

F-body ones are not the same.
But I've seen new exterior door handles for 76 77 A-bodys on eBay, so they should not be hard to find. The 76-77 A-body ones are also the same as many 78 and up A, B and G body GM cars, so that's why they are still easy to come by new. They are the shorter style that started being used in 76.
The earlier 73-75 A-bodys can also use them, but the later ones are shorter than original 73-75 ones. The original longer ones overlap the indention on the doors. The shorter ones still look fine since the shorter style still fits the indentation in the door with no problem.
