Try inghams powder coating in dallas town PA. They do a great job. Not sure if they the phosphate though. I media blasted and used the black phosphate spray bomb on mine and they turned out great. Got the product from Eastwood.

For most applications the EW stuff is fine. For proper factory color, its darker than the original plating thus the search for the proper factory plating.

Not finding anything relevant in searches. Have an address or number?

I have used North Penn in the past for other industrial finishes but never a Phosphate. Their website lists and shows Phosphate but it does not list any specifics.

SMS rebuilds the hinges as well.

They have done a number of hinges for me, and I have been very happy with them.
