Default Info needed on Carter WCFB 4 Barrel

What ic the CFM on this carb? Have it on my 55 287ci, going to put in a 389w/PS so need my 55 manifold for the Power Steering. Would really like a 3-2 setup with manifold & carbs. Or, even a 57-58 AFB wuould do it, at 77 years and a stroke that ruind my left side am not much on racing, even street
