Default Unidentified Part

I am putting a neighbors 1980 Tran Am 301 turbo engine back together. He disassembled it so it is a challenge trying to figure out what goes where. I have a part in the picture that looks familiar but I can not identify it and where it goes. Any help would be appreciated.

what size is it? pic of the other side? without knowing the size, id guess its a body or rad core support bushing but the funnel shaped hole is strange. 2nd guess would be a donut gasket for the turbo up or down pipe. 3rd guess is it may not be from the car at all, lots of times other unrelated parts get thrown in with a box of parts.

One way to figure out what a part is, is to keep putting the car together until you find where it goes . Best advice i can give after doing a resto on my 81 turbo t/a, is to locate a GM service manual, has all the diagrams, specs & procedures to work on these cars... if you cant find one i have the manual on CD i would offer up to help.
