Default Trying to ID Lunati cam

Pulled from a 455 I can’t find any specs online or any info whatsoever. Has anyone run one of these or have info. Believe it’s a older Lunati hydraulic roller.

My Comp Cams Master Lobe list is little old. It don't have a 4188. It does have a 4186 which is an interest lobe.
