Default Stock wheels with Wilwood kit?

Do they fit and if not, what hits and can they be made to work?

Tom, did you try 14" or 15"?

Actually, what size did most these cars come with? My original sales brochure says 14" but my car and others I've seen have 15".

Some of the Wilwood kits will clear stock size wheels, depends which kit, which wheels. What do you have?

the 61-63 tempest all came with 15 in wheels. The off set and center sections wont allow a disk brake setup.Im sure you could find a ford or mopar wheel with the 4 1/2 bolt patern that will fit but dont know if the tempest poverty cap would also fit.Im sure Stockton wheel could make a set if you knew EXACTLY what you needed.Tom

I kinda sorta plan on trying a billet spacer. I haven't seen a potential issue using a shallow spacer with stock suspension, wheels, approx. tire size. Will let you know. I'll use them front and back to maintain proportion. Test static mount with shims maybe.... I make this stuff up as I go along.

We can get some hubcentric spacers that will keep the wheel riding on the center hub and not the lugs. The problem is we need some kind of wheel measurements to determine how mauch spacer would be required to clear the calipers, and then, will there be outer wheel to fender clearance issues (which I would doubt)

Lots of fender room. I'll see about measurements. I am now also considering doing reverse rims instead of spacers.
