Any 69-72 GM strato bucket is the same (used on A-G and B bodies) shell. Even the 66-68 units are the same except for the side mounted or lack of seat back release.

They are similar. 66 seats did not have lock button on side. 67-68 seats are the same with lock button on side. Head rests are the same for 66 & 67 bucket seats. 68 Headrest are all by them selves, have different adjustment positions. 69-70 bucket seats had heardest notches on inside of headrest arms and internal mechanisms. 71 & 72 headrests & mechanisms had them on the outside of the arms. The 68-72 headrests will fit in seat but wont lock into upright positions. 66-72 A-body bucket seat tracks had the same floor bolt patterns and can be interchanged, although I believe 66-70 had a chrome adjustment knob and the 71 & 72 had a black knob.
