Fiberglass bumper "Brackets"???
I'm looking into replacing the front bumper and brackets that were stolen from my house. So far I'm considering the Glasstek "73" Ventura bumper but I still need new mounting brackets. I'm figuring the brackets for a Nova are not the same. Anyone have ideas or a producer of a fiberglass bracket?
Since I no longer have the "Chrome" factory "71" front bumper I'm going to go fiberglass both front & rear to match. I hope there's a way?! JD

I made my own, using 2" x 1/4" aluminum flat stock. You can bend it in the vise to fit as needed.

Cool I like the fabrication idea. Is there heat required to help bend the metal or just a BFH and slowly working? IME As long as you don't try to bend aluminum back the "other" way it usually doesn't try and crack. This sounds like a good option! Thanks JD

You shouldn't need heat unless you do it in the middle of winter.
