Default New BC CC Close to Verdoro

So I was at the Dodge dealer today getting my Ram serviced and saw this Challenger on showroom floor. It is called B8 Green and looked to be close to our beloved or hated Verdoro. I know the pics aren’t that great and it has way more metallic in it but it would be easy to mix if you were looking for a similar color in a modern paint config.

PS, I also got to drool over a Demon...

Yea okay the middle photo is close enough to the 67-69 Verdoro Green.

Ya think Dodge being nostalgic would call it Voodoo Green.

That 70 Plymouth door is a classic example of what to expect when you're not painting your body panels at the same time.

Hmm... nothing in this thread gives me a clue what a "BC CC" is...
other than 'C'olor 'C'ode?

CC = Clear Coat

Nice! Kinda dig the green! I like the latest versions of the Challengers over the latest Cameros.

Looks almost like the green on the Bullitt Mustang.

Of course it is hard to tell from a photo on a computer monitor, but the color
on the Challenger looks way too light to be a match to verdoro green. Compare
the pictures in the above posts, the colors aren't even close.

Agree not the same but it is a modern paint alternative and is more metallic as stated. I don’t think today’s Verdoro mixes looks like my 69 back in the 80s.

To me Verdoro changes shade based on what kind of day it is more so than most other colors. Same car different days:

I saw a Challenger painted this color at the Detroit Auto Show, and had the same thought... a bit like Verdoro Green. A bit.

I saw a charger in this color and thought it was a good modern interpretation of Verdero Green

I'm loaded with stupid questions... where is (or what is?) "Tejas"?

Tejas is a Native American term for Texas. I live in San Antonio which is in Bexar County. But it isn't Bex - r county. It gets pronounced Bear for some reason.
