Question Padded Dash Removal

What's the trick to remove one of these on a '65? Seems like its attached, somehow, to the top of the metal dash. I unscrewed the three screws that hold it to the plastic dash.

there are two screws that hold it to the metal dash. one on the far right corner above the GTO grab bar and to the right of the guage cluster above and to the left of the radio.

Is is glued down, seems like it won't separate from the metal dash. I read in another post that some other years were sealed so as not to squeek.
