PY Phone system gremlins
Over the past few weeks we have had intermittent phone issues that have really frustrated our call-in customers. Seems like yesterday and today was especially bad. I just wanted to let everyone know we are aware of it and are working hard and fast toward identifying and fixing the problem. The frustration is that it is intermittent. One day it works perfect then the next day it's terrible. Apparently our system is interpreting the numeric button sounds incorrectly. ou call in and press say #2 (for sales) and the phone rings off the hook at some unused extension. We know it's very frustrating. If this happens over the next few days, just e-mail any of the staff with your phone number and we'll call you right back. Most of us are checking our e-mail constantly.

Was happening to me me last week,after several attempts I just started picking 3 digit ext # till i got someone.

I got it on Monday too Chris, on both the local number and the 800 number. Finally got through on the local number.
