Wierd email from formula455HO??
is anyone else from the board getting strange emails from a sender formula455HO?? I have gotten 2 of these and each just have a link that looks strange. have not opened any of these but I see other email addresses cc'd on my emails that look like other board members?? anyone having this happen to them??

I recently got one from SD7369 with other emails included as well. It sounds like it's some malware working its way around the pontiac community by hijacking email accounts from someone clicking that link.

I've gotten a couple recently, they must have opened something they shouldn't and it's broadcasting/propagating it's way through their address book.
I deleted them.

I got one from SD7369 -- just deleted it. It happened to him before and I sent him notification.

that's good to hear,but bad also.. good that others are getting this so we have an idea where it is coming from, bad that someone has hacked a Pontiac list. It is weird that the sender in mine is formula455HO.. I am thinking PY's board was hacked. it was down a couple days ago and seems like the very next day I started getting these. PY is the only forum I use and have signed up to.. plus my email is private on the forum.. I did not open the link(s) did anyone??

I guess that's a possibility, but had you ever emailed formula455ho outside the board? Or another possibility is someone else had him and you in their contact list and it kept propagating until it got back to you.
