The Super Chiefs make good power if done right.

My buds engine made close to 900hp with them;back in 2001.

The machine shop we use even has a CNC program for them.

Getting a good casting, that`s another story.

Good luck to Len.He is a great guy,and has a wealth of knowledge.

I was with Len about a week ago and I don't think he going to use those heads.

I just went on Wenzler's site and his prices are really low. $2149 with T&D shaft rockers for the Super chiefs.

On a related note- I see that the 2019 Engine Masters Challenge has J-E Pistons as a major sponsor. I think it's awesome that J-E has been making custom pistons since 1912!
