HFR, was that option noted on Data Plate? I looked all around and couldn't see the dash well enough or the rear window...Noticed the Bench, though with 4spd

Hey Jason ... if you're lurking around these boards let us know what the number is ... I'm sure there is SOMEONE who would buy it (or at least cut a deal to buy it and have you restore it!!!!)

Now that would be sweet ... have the car picked up by Jason ... have him restore it ... and next summer have an awesome Judge to cruise with! I'm game.

Groovy ... another non-Arlington R/Y/B stripe, black spoiler Car.

Fell in love with that one right off. I'm just such a slut for White 70's, and those Canadian trim tags.

I wouldn't restore it. Clean/preserve/drive it around like a hard dick in the whorehouse.

I was not aware that the rear defroster option would appear as a code on the trim tag. What is the deal with that?

Sweet ride, I'd clean it and drive it too.

Baron,

What makes you believe it is a black wing car from the trim tag? It states WT1 not WT7. Just wondering always ready to learn something new.

There was a pretty well documented black wing on white paint, non-Arlington, RA IV Judge at our GTO clubs show last week. It was one of the original factory show cars used for the '70 model year. If I remember right it was a Pontiac plant car (not 100%sure on that), and it will be in an HPP article in the next few months. I'll check this evening and see if I have a good pic of it from the show

Nothing about the tag swayed me towards the WT7. I just love those 1970 Oshawa trim tags because of the codes displayed.

In the pictures - it looks to still have day #1 paint and stripes. Red/Yellow/Black stripes and Black spoiler. "Normal" White 70 Judges got the PinkyBlue stripes and white spoiler, WT7 got the R/Y/B's and Black spoiler. So I'm betting it's a Canadian WT7.

We have learned that not "all" WT7's came from Arlington. Oshawa did some too. Does anyone know if GM Canada papers disclose the WT7 option ??

I WANT THIS CAR ! It has the stinky-finger front seat option and thumb-lock steering wheel - to boot.

A forum member owns that Judge. It is Pontiac built and was the one used for the promo picture ad. He bought it last winter at BJ auction. Somewhy - it was restored with PinkyBlues and Red center caps (early car with JL's) ... idunno. Maybe it's not WT7 on buildsheet ? But spoiler painted for promo purpose after the build ? It's a great Car no matter of the answers.

? does the defroster/electric grid version have a fuse out on the firewall similar to the convertible top fuse, or an auxillary power supply seperate from the fuse box ? I'm thinking maybe it's a firewall hole involved - not package tray. Maybe Ransom has the answer. I've never parted an A-body with grid window.
