Default OMG! Bad 69 Judge wreck!

I found this thread on another site. I hope this car didn't belong to anyone on this site.

Those tissues should come in handy on front floor board.

I am just amazed at the IQ level of some people with rare fast cars. Chalk another one up to the telephone pole/car list.

wondering if it was a clone
if not no big loss, look at the chunks of bondo that popped out.
Im guessing if it wasnt a clone, the attention to detail was lacking.

GTOJohn posted in the lobby post few days ago (about this wreck) of his conversation with the Fire Dept.

http://forums.maxperformanceinc.com/...d.php?t=608961

Posted he was running 70 ish mph .

Looks like his leg injuries would have been serious from large pictures of driver side dash/firewall damage.

People on this board always seem to see so much more than I do. Where are the chunks of bondo?
BTW, (In my opinion at least) even if it wasn't a Judge, still a shame to see even a clean '69 Tempest wind up like that.

Wow, you can see the frame was pulled away from the body in the first picture. Did the tranny pull the shifter through the floor?

Word from the other board is that he was passing traffic and there was an oncoming car - swerved to the left at high speed to avoid.

He's lucky he isn't dead - and that nobody else is too.

During my college days I worked a wrecker doing the graveyard shift thursday, Friday and saturday. Saw a lot of this sort of thing. Believe it or not an impact speed of about 30mph will do that kind of damage (meaning he was probably going faster before he actually hit.

I remember a then new 5.0 Mustang (80`s vintage) hitting a large tree at about 60-70 mph, made that Judge accident look like a parking lot ding. The mustang simply burst into a thousand pieces, they cleaned up the two passengers with shovels and the car was scattered in bits for 75 yards in each direction.

I drove by the spot two days ago, tree is fine, not even a mark on the bark anymore. Lesson:

If thin sheetmetal meets thick lumber........

As I was looking at the pics, for some strange reason a song started running thru my head.

Another one bites the dust.

Glad no innocent bystanders were injured by this ass clown.

Man thats sad. Could someone get the deck lid, taillamps, and rear bumper for me.
Like Greg said you guys sure have a good eye. I just have to laugh when you guys pick apart a car and then it starts a debate if its correct or not.
