1965 2+2
Well I've decided to sell my 2+2. I'm in the middle of a build on a '67 GP and have already spent TWICE my total budget, got to sell the 2+2 to get finished on the GP.
Pics are on here and the 2+2 site under the same name I use here, it's a great car with lots of options including 4 speed, numbers match and I added the correct tri-power carbs etc. including the correct air cleaner a couple of years ago.Lots of new parts, tires, etc. Price is $23,500.00. Call if interested at 256-283-4081 or email for more pics and info at alltide@cableone.net. Cary

I do so feel your pain. It is amazing what it costs to do these big cars.

People do seem to appreciate it when you go all in on these cars, I was pretty much busy the whole time at the auction talking with people about the car. -Harry

Ditto that! I have nicknamed my 62 the "Money Pit". This thing is killin me, but it can't compare to letting that awesome 65 go. Good luck with your sale!

I really did have 2nd thoughs about selling it, not easy to let it go but it's going to a good home so that make me feel better. I did love that car though.

Jeff I think the house is the next thing to go! Not sure that would be enough at this point.

That was a beautiful car, sorry it had to go!
Hard to tell from the picture, but did your Cat have the reef turquoise paint on it? |

They called it teal turquoise in '65 and yes that's what it is with a cameo ivory top. Kinda sad to see it go too but I have to finish the GP and have a place to park it.
