1956 Master Cylinder Upgrade
Anyone upgraded a master cylinder on a 56 Chieftain? I'm looking to swap out the single reservoir for a dual but not sure where to start or where a dual reservoir could be located. Is getting rid of the heater box the only option and what's involved in this kind of upgrade?

Try looking in the 60 & older tech section, and use the advanced search function (look for the Search button in the header at the top of the page). I think this sort of topic has come up before for 1950s Pontiacs but don't recall when, it was some time ago.

This Treadlevac replacement booster system looks interesting, from ABS Power Brakes. Has anyone done this?

Pretty interesting.
Easy to tell from stock on the inside but most people look under the hood.. I bet that would fit Olds too?
