I`d go to FGF`s site (67-69 Firebirds ONLY)http://www.firstgenfirebird.org/ find tech on classifieds section... , sign up on that site AND the L list http://firstgenfirebird.org/firebird/Firebird-L.html
Several people HERE are on that site too, but its larger when it comes to Firebirds, this site is larger when it comes to all Pontiacs, all years...fgf is 67-69 Bird specific.. other than that , litterature wise , Id get the service and body manuals, can usually be found on EBay ,reprints for about $20-25 ea, dont bother with the Chiltons...not enough Firebird specific, even if it states so...
