Default Help with a Curtis Model 95 Air Compressor

I got one of these many years ago and never hooked it up. I believe it's a model from the '40's - can't find anything on it on it on-line and Curtis has no info.
Plate on side reads: 95 69-14642, also: Size 4 3/16 X 2 1/8 X 3 1/2, Min comp speed 400 RPM.
It's powered by a Magnetek 5HP Type: CPF, RPM: 1740 230 Volts 22 Amps 60 Hertz

Anyone have any information on this model or know where I might get a manual?

I'm anxious now to get it set up in my new shop.
