Howdy from Ohio. I ran across this site and lurked for a little bit while searching for a good forum which still appeared to be active.

I decided to register and I guess all I know is that I believe those that are here are extremely dedicated to the site. If everyone has to put the time into proving they're human like I did, then you're all a bunch of persistent folks and I tip my hat to you! After no less than 20 attempts, I'm IN!!

New to the site but not new to Pontiac. Some rides I'm familiar with is the black '74 GTO (Pontiac 350) dad ordered when he was young, the '68 LeMans (RA-IV 400) he bought off his dad and the '81 Grand Prix (Pontiac 400 w Tri-power) I have. I've also had a '93 Grand Prix and a '99 Grand Prix GTP - daily drivers.

I joined because dad's got an upcoming project where he's planning to do some work on his LeMans. I figured it would be a good time to see what sort of information is out there. My diesel truck just came off his 2-post lift after sitting in that spot since about August 2022 getting an engine transplant and his car is sitting there now without an engine as of yesterday. The engine is hanging on the crane awaiting the next step.

Maybe once he's done, I'll be ready to tackle getting the 400 out of mine and putting in the 455 I bought when I was in high school.
