Spoke to him several times on the phone myself through the years. Never met him in person but seemed very friendly as most of our conversations weren't short. RIP

Hate to hear this- I believe we crossed paths, perhaps with the American Pontiac Association in Houston? Prayers for the family

Lloyd and I had several really good conversations about Pontiacs over the years.
RIP Lloyd, we will meet again to talk Pontiacs down the road, my friend. Tom Vaught

Very sad news
Lloyd was really beneficial to this forum for many years. Definitely was an expert on 71-72 455HO vehicles |

I was able to attend Lloyd's funeral yesterday morning along with many other long time Pontiac acquaintances. The ceremony was short and sweet, with the pastor mentioning Pontiacs more than once. It was a joy to say goodbye one last time to such a good friend. He will be missed.

RIP Lloyd. I never knew him, but by all accounts a great guy and he posted here so often you felt like he was just always going to be around, part of the place. I am posting his signature in tribute. Godspeed sir.

I missed this thread - because I wasn't on the forums much around Christmas; Thanks for posting his signature - that really rang a chord for me - without the visual, I didn't have anything to tie "Lloyd" to a regular poster; Indeed his presence on this forum will be missed.

Just ran across one of Lloyd's posts and sadly forgot about this notice.
What a loss. I'm sure his family and friends know how much he contributed to complete strangers like me. Mike |

I missed this thread somehow. Sad to hear. Lloyd was good guy. I have the 72 Formula with the 455HO motor that he started on and have gone through the car, new paint and interior. Went all through the motor. Dan Barton heads are still on it. I left it all stock looking down to the honeycombs.
