28150: Painted, flange is 1/4", ball and socket flange
35010: HTC coated, flange is 1/4", collector has a weld-on flange. Basically, the 35010 is a high-end, heavy-duty, high quality headers. 28150 is an entry level, low-cost headers. Both will perform the same, but the 35010 looks a lot better and the HTC coating is very durable. I have the 35270 headers in my 69 Bird, which is basically the 28150 for 67-69 Bird, for almost a year now, and I am totally satisfied. They sounds great, easy to install, the finish looks as good as new. I kinda like the black, semi-gloss paint. Fits my car |
