Hello,
I am trying to find a certian style wheel to put on my 65. Being new to owning and old Pontiac,
I'm not up to speed on what to ask for. Would it be asking too much to post pics of your wheels?
I think they're a painted slot style, with the lugs showing. They remind me of the rallie wheels on the mid year (63-67) Corvette. If anyone in Michigan, Northern, NW Indiana or NE Illinois has a set of 4 or five, they need not be in mint condition, I would be interested in knowing what the cost would be.
Thank you.

This is the Rally one rim. It was the premium rim available in '65, correct for the GTO. They are not cheap though. There is a set on ebay right now, up to $350, reserve not met, and it does not include the center caps or trim rings. Maybe $100 per rim, $50 per center cap in good condition, and $25-$35 per trim ring in good condition. That may be a bit low, but in the right area. In addition, they came only in 14" x 6" although correct looking repro's are available in other sizes. Are these the ones you were thinking of?

Go with hurst wheels if you can find a set. Very pricey, but they look awesome.
